Only One Sunday Service

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday week, there will be only ONE Sunday Service at 9am on Feb 14. No Saturday service on Feb 13.

Salad and Serve

A joint event organized by the Ministry of Singles and Culinary Arts Ministry, this will feature a demonstration and hands-on opportunity for simple food preparation and entertainment ideas by our ARPC food specialists. They include easy bbq tips and healthy salad special dessert treats which culminates with dinner. An opportunity for the singles to fellowship with one another.

Date is on 31 Jan (Sunday) 5p to 9p. Cost: $10 for dinner. Register here or contact Calvin at 91115977.

Agape Outing

There will be no Agape Fellowship Lunch on 5 Feb @ ARPC.

Instead, there'll be an outing to Orchard Road. Meet at ARPC by 11am. Come and join us for a time of a good fellowship and encourage one another. Contact Mona for details at 96982171.

Johnny Burns Visit

A few dates to remember for February as Johnny Burns comes to ARPC!

20 February (9am-12nn) "Six Surprisingly Simple Suggestions for Successful Singing (for the musical and non-musical alike!) You are invited to spend a morning with Johnny Burns as he shares six surprisingly simple suggestions on how to enhance the way you lead singing with children/youth. This workshop will provide some 'brain food' about what we are trying to do with kids' singing, as well as some practical demonstrations of how Johnny leads singing. A fee of $20 will be charged. 20 and 21 February (Saturday 5pm and Sunday 9am Services) "How Cool Is That?" Come and join us for a special treat in our services! Johnny will present a mini-concert of his songs, teach us some songs and share a simple gospel message!

21 February (Sunday 2pm-4pm) "Music in Family Life" - A Family Fellowship Seminar. Music is such a powerful force in our world of iPods and downloads. How can we use music for God's glory? How do we nurture Christian ministry as part of our parenting and stop the onslaught of secular culture in music before the teenage years? Join Music in Family Life.
